Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed after receiving a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival or in cash upon arrival (as agreed).

• All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• Bank transfer

• Credit/Debit card

• Cash (USD)

Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: partial refund (excluding service fees)

  • 15 – 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee

  • Less than 15 days: no refund

Note: Some services (lodges, flights, permits) may have separate cancellation policies.

Changes to Booking

• Any changes to confirmed bookings should be requested as early as possible.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Additional costs may apply.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients.

• Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and trekking.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.

• Our guides follow strict safety standards, especially for mountain trekking.

Responsibility

• Tembelea Asilia Adventures acts as a tour operator and is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations beyond our control (weather, airline issues, etc.)

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings

  • Injury or illness during the trip

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
